| Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date. |
| If the reservation is cancelled in 21 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be refunded. |

| Non Show Policy |
If guests are non show then they will be charged with 50% from the total amount and the rest of the money will be refunded.
In case of non scheduled departure 50% of the rest agreed amount will be charged. |

| Accurate Credit Cards |
| Guests must ensure that they furnish the accommodations with accurate credit card particulars. In the event that the Accommodations fails to collect the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested accommodation will not be secured and the hotel will not be held responsible. |
